- 1992-1994 Doctorate Studies (PhD) in Law at the Autónoma University of Barcelona.
- 1994 Participation at the IX European Contest on Human rights ” René Cassin” in Strasbourg, as a member of the group of the Autónoma University of Barcelona.
- 1995 Lecture of the PhD research work in Law about “Children rights” directed by Dr. Maria Teresa Freixes Sanjuan.
- 1996 Awarded by the Human Rights Institute of Catalonia with a scholarship in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, for my work: “Children’s rights within the framework of the Council of Europe.

- Professor of the Master in Families and Childhood Law at the University of Barcelona.
- Professor in different masters and postgraduate related to Family Law, Childhood and gender violence in different Universities of Catalonia.
- 2008 Professor in the course on childhood for judges of the General Council of the Spanish Judiciary (Consejo General del Poder Judicial).
- Participation in different congress, conferences , discussion board and media about issues related to Family and Childhood.

- Opinion pieces and interviews published in newspapers like “El País”, “El Periódico”, “ABC”, “Avui”… Usually participating in Radio and Television programs like “Els matins de TV3” and collaborating in magazines like “Viure en familia”, among others.
